With over 15 years of experience, my skills on the buy and sell side will exceed your expectations when striving for particular results.  Aside from real estate sales, I'm an active investor in the area.  My partner and I have flipped homes, built new construction homes and produced a local rental portfolio, including single family homes, condos and Airbnbs.  I'm happy to share this venture with you and answer any questions on investing in residential real estate.  I'm adamant about giving back.   There are countless organizations right in our community that need our help, and making time for that is a priority.  I currently serve as Board Secretary for Safe Harbor, and I'm actively involved in volunteering in our local schools, along with aiding in collecting donations when needed for various organizations.  I've been a Palmetto Society Donor with United Way for several years as well.  As Albert Einstein stated, "It is every man's obligation to put back into the world at least the equivalent of what he takes out of it."
